- If an event, camp or programme is cancelled by us, the fee paid for it will be refunded in full or adjusted towards a future programme, as you prefer.
- If you cancel your participation yourself, the fee will not be refunded unless we have agreed to it in writing.

To request a refund in an eligible case, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:

- Transaction ID / payment reference number and date of payment.
- The amount paid and the reason for the refund request.
- A screenshot or bank statement showing the deduction (if available).
Requests received after 7 days may not be considered.

- The amount is credited to the original payment method (bank account, card, UPI or wallet) used for the transaction.
